It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

by - December 17, 2011

Whenever I come home from school after a really long day, my dull mood certainly brightens up when I see sweet surprises or packages in our living room. :) Especially now that Christmas is just around the corner, it's nice to know that awesome people remember you and send early Christmas presents. :)

These came in from HEY KESSY and despite being 22 years old already, I still am very much lured into arts and crafts. Getting these cute Washi tapes in the mail is like being a kid in a candy store. Super sweet!!:) You can do pretty much anything you want with them. I'm planning to get creative with my Christmas gift wrappers this season or maybe when a page in my notebook tears off, I can put different strips of tapes. Now that's artsy-fartsy!;) BTW, these are really good quality tapes, they're only Php 120 each and comes in different designs, like stripes, polka dots and patterns. :)

But since it is Christmas, I mentioned that i'll be having a series of giveaways and the owner of Hey Kessy was nice enough to send over six rolls of Washi tapes to be given away! How awesome is that, right?? So, just watch out for my next giveaway alert. ;) Thank you, Mansy for this!

HEY KESSY is also on FACEBOOK and TWITTER!

Got new lovely accessories from my good friend/ fellow blogger, Denise Lunod, who is the owner of Simone's Closet. :)   I am so in love with her handmade cloth accessories. She's really talented and if you guys find it pretty as well, you should watch out for upcoming collection this Sunday, December 18, 2011! Mark your calendars! Thank you, Denise!!

This one is from a reader and fellow blogger, Kat Austria who I had the pleasure of meeting during the LOVE DIVA bloggers camp. The first thing I noticed when we met was her awesome lego heart necklace and she mentioned that she made it herself. Of course, I was amazed. Who wouldn't be?? She's not only talented, BTW. She's absolutely sweet as well. Why?? I stumbled upon her blog entry, "Brainstorming" that she was going to make her 20 favorite bloggers their very own lego necklace. Awww!!^_^ Extremely flattered that I'm one of her favorites. Got mine and it's a Pacman! She also made a personalized note with lego borders. Too cute!! Thank you, Kat!!

If you want a unique Lego piece yourself, Kat is actually launching her online store; BUILT TO WEAR this coming December 20, 2011 so watch out for it!:)

The detachable collar trend has been ongoing for quite awhile now and I can't deny that I've been wanting to try it out. Fortunately, Sharon Ong of Miss Sartorial sent over these beautiful collars. :) I know you can only see two collars but they're actually three! The black lace is reversible into a magenta one. Two collars in one!:) Love love love! Wish list come true! Can't wait to sport these babies! Visit Miss Sartorial for more designs. :) Thank you, Sharon!!

Got this lovely sheer blazer from Fashion Dime. I often say that I lack cover ups, so this is just perfect. The color is very Christmasy too!:) They too have an upcoming collection this December 20, so another thing to mark on your calendar....
Thank you, FD!!

Lastly, this beautiful illustration of me from The Big Bangs Theory sisters; Christine and Camille Luang. :) This didn't really come in via Xend or local mail, but it did come via email!:) I believe this is the second illustration of me that I have and I still find it so awesomesauce!!^_^ So awesome that I already used it as my blog DP. :) Thank you again, Christine and Camille!

That's all for now!:) Thank you so much again for these wonderful early Christmas gifts. :) Forever and ever grateful for trusting and supporting my blog. Much love!
