Motherhood is one of the toughest jobs in the world. When I found out that I was pregnant with Athan, I didn't know what I'd do. It was a mix of happiness, confusion and fear all at the same time. I didn't know how I would go through it. Just like what famous celebrity mom Bianca Araneta-Elizalde said, "You buy a camera, you get a manual. But babies? They don't come with a manuals!" But thankfully, with the launch of her new book with Amanda Griffin-Jacobs called PROJECT MOM, they have made it easier for us to understand this amazing journey every step of the way. :)

Project Mom is different from most Mommy books, because it tackles everything from pregnancy, to baby's first birthday, It eases the common anxieties of moms encounter and sometimes stumble on.

You also get tips, tricks, and a comprehensive local directory, the manual also takes a look at breastfeeding and healthy eating, with a special section for mamas. Women can learn how to get their bodies back after pregnancy and attain optimum well-being along with their kids. At the end of it all, Amanda and Bianca hope to make the oft-trod path of motherhood more smooth sailing than anything else.

I've started reading my own copy of Project Mom and all I could say is, I wish this was already published when I had Athan and Asher. It would have been a whole lot easier. But not too late though! I'm still eager to see what I can learn and how I can be a better mom to my kids. :)

Project Mom is already available at Fully Booked. :)
