Johnny Rockets: Lobster Wagyu Burger

by - June 27, 2014

Last week, I went over to Johnny Rockets, Eastwood to try out the newest addition to their Gourmet Burger line, the Lobster Wagyu Burger. I haven't even to Johnny Rockets for almost a year now and since their burger is one of the best, I couldn't let this exclusive taste test pass. :)

Bringing together two exquisite ingredients, Johnny Rockets' latest creation combines the richness of lobster with the smooth taste of specially-prepared Wagyu burger that's grilled to perfection. It is served with American fries to keep your tastebuds busy with the unique mix of flavours.

Aside from the food, what I really love about Johnny Rockets is their retro themed restaurant. The jukebox also plays countless old school songs and every customer gets the chance to play their favourite songs just by putting a Php 1 coin. :) Neat, right?

To set the tone, your meal comes complete with a casual retro ambiance, and a talented staff that is ready to perform song-and-dance numbers.

Makes me wanna dance too! hehe!:)

The moment of truth!

This is the Lobster Wagyu Burger with Wasabi shake!:) Yes, you heard right! They also have a Wasabi flavoured shake to spice up your dining experience. You can actually taste the Wasabi when you drink it. Definitely meant for the wasabi fans out there. Though, I highly recommend that you drink it while it's super duper cold! It won't taste as good when it's not.

As for the Lobster Wagyu burger, I like the fact that they served it with a lobster on the side. This was good. I liked it. :) This is for Php 925. A bit pricey, but if you enjoy the mix of Wagyu and lobster, I guess you won't mind. :)
