On a personal note

by - December 28, 2015

After a month! I am back again with an OOTD! Hahaha! I don't know why I even bother to think that I can keep up with my OOTD posts! I have a few on my iPhoto, but with the other backlogs that I have to do first, I need to let the personal posts pass first. But I figured today, even if I still have a few event posts left, I want to let out something on the personal side before December ends. After all, January is just a few days away and that's when my next OOTD comes Lol! Ang tagal! =P

So, 2015 will officially end in a matter of 4 days and I have mixed emotions about it. A part of me is afraid to let 2015 go. As cliche as it may sound, it was truly a roller coaster ride for me with all the ups and downs, but I am blessed to say that God has given me more to be happy about than sad, so I guess that's why this year is hard to let go. But then again, a new year means a fresh start and I have new things to look forward to. It's just human nature to fear change.

With the happy part of my 2015, I have met so many people along the way, worked with new ones as well and a lot of opportunities came my way. I never imagined that blogging will get me this far and I always thank the people who put their trust in me and to my readers who continue to visit my blog and support me. I won't be still here if it weren't for you guys. :)

Also, I'm so happy that I've managed to pass all my subjects last term and I am now officially headed to Thesis! I have waited for this for so long and even if I know this part of my course will be the hardest and busiest, I'm still thankful I'm finally here!:)

Oh and 2015 has yet again been an artsy year for me and I reached 7,000 followers on Instagram! Yey! I know it may not me as much as other people, but it's a huge deal for me already! ^_^ Thank you!

For the sad part, of course there were challenging parts of my 2015, like losing some projects or not being able to accomplish the things I wanted to for this year, other struggles that I can't pinpoint right now and again, celebrating another year without my grandfather. It's still something that my family and I get sad about from time to time. It may have been 2 years already since he passed away, but missing him will be forever. I know though he's our guardian angel. :)

They say the parts that make you sad are learning experiences, so I'll take all those as lesson on what I should do next time and let them make me stronger. 2015 is amazing! But 2016 will be a year of new experiences and hopefully a fun new year for me!:) *fingers crossed*
