It's not everyday that SM creates a 4 day event dedicated to stationery products. In fact, this is their FIRST ever event and boy! I did not want to miss, so I went on the very first day of SM Stationery's Art Fest at SM Megamall Mega Fashion Hall. :)

Fellow art geeks, you wouldn't want to miss this as well!
If you weren't able to go last April 13 and 14, don't worry about a thing! Don't panic! Because you still have 15, 16 and 17 to enjoy! You can bring your boyfriend, best friend, family or friends! :) Celebrate your creativity at the different exhibits there!

The SM Stationery Art Fest is in partnership with Faber Castell Coloring Materials, Pentel Arts, Titus Pens, and IFEX Fine Papers. :)

There are so many cute notebooks and pens!!! ^_^ My childhood is coming back to me! I used to still  hoard really cute notebooks and different colored pens. It's an addiction, guys! I can't resist! And everything at the Art Fest makes me want to say, "Take all my moneeeeeyyyy!!" Haha! =P

Also saw fellow artsy fartsy folks there!

Hello to Tippy of Googly Gooeys, June Digann, Andrea Dela Cruz and Ella Lama! :)

More art candy to feast your eyes on...

For those of you who collect and enjoy Adult coloring books, there are different kinds to choose from and there are even new ones that I haven't spotted in bookstores yet. :) Coloring is therapeutic, so try it out when you're feeling stressed out and even when you're happy! I love these!

Spotted oil pastels on the table of Pentel and this brings back so much good memories of my art classes in grade school! Miss those days!

And for people like me who really enjoy coloring, here is huge scale Adult Coloring installations! People are free to just color their hearts out! :)

Aside from this, there will also be a series of on-ground activities and shoppers can join workshops by young and talented artists. If you purchase items at least worth Php 300 at the Mega Fashion Hall, you can join a certain workshop for FREE! ^_^ How awesome is that, right? There's more fun ahead as workshop winners will be given special prizes at the end of the workshop, so bring out your artsy side!

The series of workshops will officially start today, so be sure to drop by!

Celebrity blogger and fashion design student Dani Barretto will share some tips on fashion design; while Harvey Tolibao, who has done work for Marvel and DC Comics, will help participants illustrate their favorite Marvel characters with his comic books illustration workshop.

The ABCs of Hand Lettering author Abbey Sy, and freehand calligrapher Alexis Ventura will share styles and techniques on typography and calligraphy.

Doodle enthusiasts will have fun doodling with Doodle Art Enthusiasts Head Lei Melendres; while caricaturist, graphic designer, illustrator, and painter Aaron Manaloto and artist and designer Vin Quilop will share techniques in oil pastel and water color painting.

You can also learn paper-cutting at this booth with Wednesday Sambile! I really love paper-cutting! It's a fun thing to play around with, so take this opportunity while you can! Usually workshops costs more than Php 1,000. At the Art Fest, you only need Php 300 worth of purchase! :)

There are so many exciting things to look forward to at the SM Stationery Art Fest!

The latest arts and crafts collection are available at the SM Stationery Section at the SM Stores, because SM really has it all for you! :) When you shop at department store, everything is there!

Will also review soon some of the products that I got at the Art Fest last April 13! :)

Oh and incase you do go to the Art Fest, you can share your fun experience by using the hashtag #SMStationeryArtFest :)
