My first experience with Owndays was November of last year >>CLICK HERE<<< and to be honest, I still think they are one of the best optical shops in the market now and I've never been happy to see them branch out in so many malls cos it makes them even more accessible. :) Aside from branching out, they've recently opened their biggest shop a.k.a. their flagship at SM Megamall! ^_^
I've been using my Owndays prescription glasses for a year now and I have no complaints whatsoever with it. It has been a sturdy partner all throughout! As my everyday glasses, I'm impressed with the quality. :)
Owndays has been continuously revolutionizing the optical experience and it just keeps getting better! The new and impressive 280 sqm retail space loaded with stylish frames reflects the unique, modern aesthetic of the brand bringing in natural elements such as wood, trees and light.
I personally love this store! It's my favorite out of all the branches that I've visited. :)
This branch boasts a different look and feel, with expensive spaces and chic, modern furnishings. A hallmark of the flagship shop is the kids section. I super love the castle look! Cute! The kiddos would totally enjoy going to the optical shop now! ♥ ;)

When you walk in any Owndays shop, you always have the liberty to try on all the frames with its open modules to infuse more fun and convenience into the process of getting your glasses.
True story - I've always found it difficult having to ask a sales clerk from time to time in other opticals when I want to try a pair of glasses. It just makes me want to settle for the first or second one I tried cos I'm shy to keep on asking them to take it out of the glass case! >_< Ever had the same experience?
The only dilemma you'll encounter inside Owndays is which frame to pick! So many choices!! Always had a problem with this! If only I could have 7 glasses! Haha!
In traditional optical shops, the price of glasses will vary depending on the frames and lenses that you choose, but at Owndays, their prices are inclusive of the frame, the ultra-thin multicoated lenses and the eye exam! :)
Prices range from Php 1,990 to Php 6,990. To make it even better, all Owndays frames and lenses are covered with their 1-year limited warranty and lifetime cleaning and maintenance services. :) Can I get a 'Hallelujah!' with the maintenance service?? Much needed for a person who uses their glasses every single day! :)
I commend how thorough they are with eye check ups. They have PRC Licensed Optometrists to facilitate eye exams and have state of the art equipment in refraction, so you are sure you're getting the right grade for your blinkers.
These are my three choices: (1) sunglasses that I can also double as prescription glasses when I take out the tints - may I say, this is the best invention for driving moms! ;)(2) John Dillinger prescription glasses - this is my favorite line/collection from Owndays! It's the same line with my first pair and couldn't help but get the same! Last, but not the least, (3) PC glasses - for someone who's job requires her to stay in front of the computer and be on my phone almost every hour, this is needed! It can reduce the stress on your eyes. :)
Finally, something I've always loved about Owndays is getting your glasses in just 20 minutes!
Yes, you saw that right! No matter what grade you have, be it 100/200/ or even 700 like me (yes, i'm practically blind! LOL!)! They can have your glasses ready in just 20 minutes after payment. :)
