Recipes by A: Panfried Salmon & Buttered Veggies

by - July 29, 2014

It feels like I haven't blogged in ages again and I don't like leaving my blog without a new entry for two days, so i'll be trying out something that I've been wanting to do for quite some time now, and that's to post some of my homemade cooking. :) I took some photos before, but never really had the time to post them. Well, to be honest, I just didn't know how i'd execute it. But I guess its about time, because these photos have been sitting in my iPhoto since February of this year!>_< Talk about major backlog!

But anyway, here's my first recipe post! It's really quick to prepare and easy to do! I'll show you in three easy steps!

What you'll be needing:

Panfried Salmon
2 Sliced salmon meat (you usually find these already sliced at groceries)
* 1/2 Garlic clove
* 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Salt and pepper
* Cream cheese

Buttered Veggies
* 2 Packs of string beans
* 4-5 Tbsp of Butter
* 1 Garlic clove
* Salt and pepper

First up is the Panfried Salmon

 Step 1: pour in the EVOO into the pan and let the garlic simmer for a few seconds. When you see the garlic turning slightly golden, put in the salmon to fry. :) Add salt and pepper (depending on your taste) and make sure it's golden brown before taking it out of the frying pan.

Next the Buttered veggies

Step 2: Melt the butter and add the garlic into the pan. Once the garlic has simmered a bit, add your string beans and cook until it turns into a slightly darker green colour. 5 minutes before taking it out of the pan, start adding your salt and pepper. Again, this will depend on your taste. :)

Step 3: Once you're done, you can now finally add the cream cheese on top of the salmon. :)

That's it!:) If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask! I'll try to do more recipe posts soon! Maybe i'll do my tuna pasta next!:)

Enjoy the holiday, everyone!
