Labor Day at Nuvali!

by - May 14, 2015

Last Labor Day,Nuvali,in partnership with Cinema One, brought the the Nuvali Night Sky Cinema, an entertaining outdoor film-viewing event that gathered friends and loved ones to an open-air, festival-like movie experience like no other.

I actually got to experience Nuvali's Night Sky Cinema last Valentine's Day with my blogger friends. You can read about that HERE. :)

This time I got to go with my son Asher, Hubby Gersh and BFF Nickie and Lester!

This time around, the Nuvali Night Sky Cinema offered three brand-new selections from both the local and international scene, designed to celebrate love, life, and everything in between.

There were already a lot of people when we got there at 3:00 PM. The place was packed. But since the sun was so bright and hot, we decided to have snacks first before sitting with the crowd.

There were so many snacks to choose from and more of them were comfort food for me, so I keep drinking cold Milo and hotdog. There was one lady who found Asher cute that she gave him a small free popcorn. ^_^

But even if the sun was intensely hot, there was no stopping Asher from having his fun under the sun! He ran across the fields and of course, Mommy has to follow him! >_< Along with that, I also explored what they had around.:)

There were other fun activities such as listening to live musical acts, from the likes of Up Dharma Down, Jason Dy, Kai Honassan, Moonstar88 and The Ransom Collective. There was also  kite flying, giant playgrounds, food trucks, photo booths and many more. :)

There were three movies that showed - Shift, Begin Again and That Thing Called Tadhana.:)

We really enjoyed our second time at Nuvali's Night Sky Cinema. It's something worth going to if you want to experience something new with your friends or family. :)

The Nuvali Night Sky Cinema, first launched in 2013, is an outdoor screening event that highlights Nuvali's vision of bringing people together, in wide spaces and under the open sky, for fun activities that are best enjoyed within and around nature.
