Being into arts and crafts my whole life, it is evident that I am so into craft stores. I can't get enough of them! Growing up, the closes one to an art store would be bookstores a.k.a. National Bookstore here, so I would always visit. But whenever I'm in Taiwan, I drop by Shih-Lin Night Market or Page One bookstore. :)
Nowadays, there is an abundance of local shops online and offline that sell a lot of art and crafts stuff. One of them is The Craft Central. They started out as a virtual shop that inspired thousands of dreamers to create beautiful crafts. I even remembering ordering a few calligraphy items from them when I was starting with the craft. ^_^ I love their walnut ink! Now, after two years in the making, they finally have a physical store in Greenbelt 5, Makati!

No matter what age I was or am now, I always had the fascination for art galleries. Even as a kid, I was an exciting thing for me and never was it a dull moment to ogle at different pieces. It simply amazes me how each artist is unique in their own way and how an artwork can speak to you and there you can even find history. ^_^
After my teaching job last Thursday, I decided to shake up my routine a bit by going to Century City Mall instead of straight home to see their latest event, an art exhibition entitled, "A Century of Philippine Art"presented by Galeria De las Islas. :)

Went with my fellow bloggers and culture-loving friends Ashley, Pax, Niche, Arnie, Deo, Zed, Jessa and Za. :)

I probably would have a very minimalist house. I've been pinning a lot of inspiration on Pinterest and mostly have a common theme of clean, white and a hint of quirkiness to it. :) I like to inject a little fun to things cos that's my personality. I also want a home that would be my safe haven and a place I consider to be an outlet for comfort and inspiration. A place I would love to see every single day. That for me, would be my dream home.
But some people struggle with this question these days. It used to be simple. However, as people get exposed to varied design styles, and living space options become diverse and premium, things get more complex.

Being better versions of ourselves is what we always want to strive for. Though with the many things we tackle in our daily lives, especially what we see in the media or magazines, we tend to get sidetracked and more often than not, forget that true beauty starts from within.

If you've been following me on Instagram, you would know that I have a club with my fellow blogger friends, Ana, Ashley and Sarah called, "Japan in Manila" :) It's a club filled with everything Japanese and things inspired by it. We often do our little journaling/Hobonichi every time we meet. The club is fairly new and we're slowly trying to build it up. We're just less than a month old, but excited for more meetings and our future plans for the club! ^_^
As of now, we've met up a total of three times! Quite impressive I would say. I never thought that it would be a regular thing. During our second meeting, we had a special guest, Krissy! We also didn't just do our Hobonichi, but had a little field trip to the Kawaii HQ!

Tickles has been around for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I would always be sure to drop by their store when we go out, because I'm into quirky stuff and their store just offers so many happy and fun knickknacks. It has a wide assortment of weird (in a good way) things that I want to just put in my shopping bag. They're anything but normal and that's why I love Tickles! ^_^
Lately, they've changed their overall look and I first spotted this a few months ago when I went to their Power Plant Mall branch. I super love the new look! They also adopted this to their new SM Megamall flagship store and I got the pleasure of visiting it last Friday. :)

There are so many drastic changes that I have made my hair go through. I color it at least twice a year and I even went through an ombré and dyed it violet. Imagine how much bleaching they had to do for that. I guess you can say that I have a "no fear" motto when it comes to my hair. But of course, I toned down a bit already. I turned 27 this year and I have come to liking brown or ash shades better. I think it suits my age best. :) So, yes, I'm still into coloring my hair and with that, I need a brand that I can depend on and trust, like L'Oreal. :)

I have been attending so many expos and conventions lately related to toys that I am on high! When I started blogging, toys and kawaii stuff weren't really that IN. People looked more into fashion. Thankfully, fashion is also a love of mine, so it wasn't hard. But I super love pop culture! Who wouldn't?? The mixing of western and eastern ideas + attitudes is just amazing! :) Thankfully now, I get to blog more about these things!
This year was my first ever AsiaPop ComicCon experience with the Husband! It was held at the SMX Convention Center last August 26-28, 2016.
