ARTSY FARTSY AVA: April 2017

I've had a couple of pets in my life, but it was mostly reptiles a.k.a. turtles! Though, i've been really wanting to have dogs for the longest time, because they are super cute, sweet and a trusted friend! :) I even know some friends who treat their pets like it's their babies! I wonder what kind of pet parent i'll be someday! ^_^ Can't wait!
Being a pet lover, there are a lot of people who love bringing their pets to the mall, but of course there are only a few malls that allow that. But, good news! Century City Mall is now a pet friendly mall! All you have to do is simply get your fury friends an access pass and you are free to stroll in the mall with them too! ^_^

For me, summer is never complete without doing the thing I love most and that's art! :) Back when I was in school, yes we had an art class but the meetings would only be once or twice a week and I never really had much time to do art stuff. But when summer came, you can bet that I had my paint brushes ready and a thick stack of bond paper to go artsy fartsy on!
The perfect kick start to summer is by getting colorfully messy! SM Stationery is back again at Megamall's Mega Fashion Hall this weekend - April 19 to 23 to celebrate just that!

My favorite brand Favori is turning 3! That's three years of providing the best handcrafted scents for people's homes and well-being. :) What I love about the brand is that they enable us to "create their favorite feeling" and I think that's what makes them special. Ever since I attended Art Fair last year for the first time (BLOG 1 | BLOG 2), I couldn't help but get excited for the next ones and I told myself that I would never miss a single event anymore. :) So, this 2017, I kept my promise and attended my second Art Fair with the Hubby and best friends again! ^_^ This should be a tradition already!
Art Fair Philippines goes on for four consecutive days and this year it was from February 16-19. :) Last year, I was able to go twice, but this year I only had the pleasure to go once. Nevertheless, it was still a wonderful experience!

I haven't been uploading OOTDs on the blog for sometime now cos I've totally given up on the fact that I can do it consistently like I did before. I usually don't have much time anymore to take so many shots and Instagram has made it more convenient for me to easily show what I wore in just a snap. So, that's my reason!=P Haha! Not 100% the best reason, but will make up for it by showing a few of my recent OOTDs that I already posted on Instagram, but not on the blog. ^_^
This won't be according to order. Just how I remember why I wore that outfit and the details. :)

If you follow me on my social media accounts, you would know that I have been so obsessed with Korean Dramas lately and it has influenced me in so many ways. I love everything Korean! Be it their music, food, fashion and even beauty! I wasn't really particular with beauty products before, but now, I am so hooked on face masks! I don't just go to Watson's for just medicines anymore. I frequent their stores to scout for the latest Korean beauty products, which luckily they carry now! ^_^
Whenever I see my favorite Korean actress, I can't help but admire their beautiful and glowing skin! How can you not love Korean products, right? So, I decided to accept the 7-Day Mask Challenge to achieve my Song Hye-Kyo and Lee Sung-Kyung skin goals!

Being in a generation where technology rules and you always have your gadgets in hand and excessively using them, you often encounter your batteries running low or what the blogger friends and I encounter a lot, multiple gadgets running low on fuel and we need to charge them at the same time. But what happens if you only have a one port charger? Dilemma starts there. -_-
Good thing there are brands like AUKEY that gives us the best and reliable solution. :)

Every time the kids and I make a trip to McDonald's to eat, the first thing that they look at isn't the menu, because the already know what they want. They always look forward to what the next Happy Meal is going to be and last week, I actually took Athan with me to submit some requirements at my school and after I took him to McDo to have lunch. As expected he made a dash towards the Happy Meal toy display and got excited to see the Smurfs with their little houses. :) So, of course we got one! :)
But today, we had a surprising package in the mail and it definitely made the boys über happy!

Miniso is growing really fast! They currently have a total of 15 branches! Wow! Finally after much wishing to have more south stores and visiting north branches, they are now open at Glorietta 2! A place that I go to often and very familiar with! ^_^ They have a big store there and I couldn't be any happier with the opening! :)

There are so many new restaurants sprouting here and there that I can't help but get curious and want to try them out. Though sometimes due to the busy schedule, I am not able to or if I don't have friends to tag along, I just opt to try it another time. It's always better to dine in with people you enjoy with, right? ^_^
Just last month, the Hubby and I went to Dreamland Arts and Crafts Café. :)
