ARTSY FARTSY AVA: October 2017

Being a planner girl most of my life, I have found myself never out of one. I guess it also has a lot to do with me being so forgetful, so if I know I always need one. >_< I remember back in the day when planners were so dull looking and were only made up of spaces and dates. Now, there are so many designs to choose from! :)
Just a few weeks back, known power planner brand, Belle de Jour themselves launched their 2018 planners at Shangri-La Plaza Mall. :) They had a two day affair called the BDJ "Dare To Be You" Launch Weekend. :)

One of the things that I'm trying to be is healthy and that includes what I eat and drink. Most of the time I drink water, but to be honest, there are times that I would like to have some flavor in what I drink, so I would turn to coffee or sometimes juice. Though, i'd much rather have coconut water than any kind of juice. :)
Fortunately, there are more coconut water now in the market and one of them is Merci Buco by our very own local brand LOCALLY.♥

The year is almost ending yet I still have Day 6 and 7 left of my Japan trip to post. I hope I finish it before the end of December! >_< The month of October has been so busy that I haven't found the time to blog about personal stuff. But finally, here I am again with another travel post and it's Day 5 of our stay in Tokyo and particularly a day trip to Mt. Fuji! ^_^

Ever since Marvel films came out, my husband and I would always make sure that we were able to watch every single one and just last week, we were able to watch the early premiere of the much awaited sequel of Thor - Thor Ragnarok on IMAX at SM Megamall and it was so awesome! ^_^ The movie had a good balance of action, humor and amazing story line! It's something that I could watch again. :)

The spicy noodles challenge has been such a trend lately that most people are on the lookout for the popular noodles. Even before the challenge, I always buy my favorite spicy noodles at the grocery. I don't know why, but since my Korea in Manila days, I have always craved for spicy ones! :)
The "fire noodles" challenge has over 20,000 videos dedicated to it and to be honest, there are some times that I want to give in to it since my YouTube channel is still in the works. :) Finding some spicy noodles in the market isn't that hard, if you just know where to look for it or what brand serves up the spiciest!

There was a time in my life that getting a photo or worksheets printed was such a task, because it would mean stepping out of the house and going to internet shops or cafés just to have what I need printed. It was time consuming and not to mention, draining on the pocket. But gone are the days of printing woes! Having my Canon PIXMA E470 for months now has made my life so much easier. It not only helped me get into my journaling groove, but also makes the school work of my kids manageable. :)
Though, there are other things that the Canon PIXMA E470 does for me and I want to share it with you, guys! ^_^

Halloween is just a few weeks away and ever since becoming a mommy, it has been one of the exciting occasions to plan for when it comes to the kids. :) This is the time and the age of my boys that it is super cute seeing them dress up in costumes and the moment that they still allow me to take unlimited photos of them and take them trick or treating. ^_^ So, truly cherishing these times!
Been celebrating Halloween for a total of 8 years already and picking out costumes for both my kids has always been a breeze. :)

When I started my life as a full-time blogger, my niche was fashion. It was where I could freely express myself in the form of my ensembles. It showed my personality and loved it! :) People were very welcoming and always supportive in my fashion blog. Which is why my love for clothes grew even more and until this very day, I still love dressing up and learned how to care for my garments, even though I am no longer a fashion blogger, but a lifestyle one. :) Sharing why FashionCare is important!

Being a mom of two, I've gone through a couple of diaper bags or mommy bags in the span of 9 years. I have never really found the "perfect" one. It's either they look too much for a baby or totally not my style to tote around. But now, gone are the days when baby bags look dull, because Ju-Ju-Be has the cutest ones you'll ever find! ^_^

Being able to develop your child's creativity has a lot to do with your guidance, positive encouragement and proper nutrition. The creative side of our children has a lot to do with their way of thinking and how they go about problem solving, which is why DHA is a huge part of their everyday life.
I personally allow my kids to explore and express their creative imagination through the things that they love doing, whether that be building blocks, story telling or art. I let them express themselves. :)

Being born in a family with asthma, it was inevitable that I get it too. It was truly a struggle growing up, because I would often make trips to the hospital just to get medication, so eventually to make it easier, my Mom bought a nebulizer for us to use at home any time we needed to. It's really convenient to have it at home than running to the ER or hospital cos you had a sudden asthma attack. We personally have the big type of nebulizer, but I recently just learned that Omron has a new product that performs so much better and compact in size.
A few weeks back, my Mommy Blogger friends and I went to the Omron Healthcare event at Stacy's restaurant, where we learned about the new CompAir Nebulizer System NE-C801. :)

Ever since Uber started driving here in the Philippines, I have felt so safe and never worry about getting to my destination on time or my bill sky rocketing. They have been really dependable and make my commuting days so much easier. :) I am in the comforts of being in a clean car, courteous drivers, getting the exact change and good service. :)
After all the good that Uber drivers have done for me, do you know that each driver has a story too?
