Staying in Aureo La Union + Sea Park by Aureo

When it comes to going to the beach, I rarely get the chance. Not counting the ones this year, I think the last time I step foot in one was way back in 2016! Yes! Its been THAT long. But this year has been off to a great start and my summer was blessed with not just one but two beach trips! ^_^ 

At the beginning of February, I was able to visit a nice quiet side to Subic and before the month ended, I went back to Elyu for a 3 day beach trip with fellow blogger and vlogger friends at Aureo Resort, La Union! :)


Coincidentally, my last beach trip also at LU back in 2016 also with Ana. But the part that we went to was the busy area, where you can spot surfers, hostels here and there and some quaint stores. This time around, we got the privilege of going to a much more private side and equally beautiful as well. :)

Aureo opened back in 2016 and a first class luxury resort in San Fernando, La Union.Their name in Latin "Oro" means gold and that meaning is evident in their service and facilities. They will surely make you feel relaxed and pampered all throughout. 




Getting to Aureo takes about 4-5 hours depending on the traffic and once we got there we were welcomed with drinks and yummy lunch. :) After that, we headed to our rooms to get settled in and of course, my roomie is none other than Ana! ^_^

The resort is quite big and with 58 rooms, two pools and a golden beach front. Of course, what I love the most is lush greens everywhere! :)




Our room was perfectly situated in front of the pool and so close to the restaurant and beach! Needless to say it wasn't difficult to go back and forth. :)

Super thoughtful arrangement that greeted us when we got in our room! Thankful for the Beach Hut goodies and the winner banana chips from Aureo! Craving for it!





The room that we got was the Deluxe Room in the Lagoon Pool area. Its a 42 sqm suite and has two single beds or a king-sized one, depending on your preference. It's great for 4 people already, so perfect for your family or barkada! :) My favorite is their private veranda, where we took countless of photos at cos look at that view! :)

Our room rate is at Php 8,800 for 1 night. 

 They also have other rooms, like the Deluxe Room with Beach Front View or  Superior Rooms with Garden views, if you like that. :)

Once we settled in, we had a few hours to spare before our dinner that night, so Ana and I decided to explore the beach. :) One of the many things I love about the beach is the blue hues! Don't you?







Sand on our feet and a beautiful sunset view! This is what summer dreams are made of! People who frequently go to the beach are lucky to see this often.♥  Grateful moments like these!

Our dinner was one of the nights I won't forget! It was an all-white party, so we came in our white outfits. They had a lovely grazing table for us to feast on that night and great dinner by Coast Bar and Restaurant. :)


This is the night that we all forgot about our phones and truly just enjoyed the night! It was so crazy! Drinks anywhere you looked, happy friends dancing and there was a point that some of us got pulled into the pool with our party clothes on! LOL! >_<  You know the popular saying, "What happens in La Union, Stays in La Union!" hahaha! >_< All good fun though!

Glad we managed to take these nice photos thanks to our photographer turned friends Kervin and Ryan! Without you, guys we wouldn't have awesome shots on this trip!

That night was fun and slightly a blur haha! Mixture of both! But we were still able to get up for breakfast cos Ana and I are foodies! hehe!



When breakfast was done we all gathered for the tour of Sea Park by Aureo. It's a brand new development that has 20 units inside and it's right beside the Aureo! Best part, if you own a unit there you get to enjoy ALL of Aureo Resort's facilities, like the pool, restaurants, bars, Marine Activity center and so much more! :)

They have 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units and we got to check out the fully furnished ones!










Talking about how we're going to split payments for one 1 unit and which days this person gets to stay here! hahaha!

The fully furnished bedroom units are made in heaven for those who don't want the hassle of buying furniture and thinking of ways to style their interior. I personally love each room and wish I could actually own one now na! hehe! Great escape also for people who are tired of that busy city life. This is made for you! ^_^

When we were there, we heard someone already got dibs on the Penthouse (3 bedroom), so better inquire now while there are still units left!

Once we finished the tour, we walked back to Aureo Resort to have our delicious lunch buffet before our much awaited free-time at the beach a.k.a. aura time haha! :)

I could never get tired of La Union's beaches and sunset! How can you not be a beach person when you see the beauty of this place. :) I know its gonna be a while since I get to come back to LU again, so I'm glad I got A LOT of photos to keep as memories. :)




Normally, when going to the beach or even just the swimming pool, we often have to bring our own floaties. I'm glad Aureo Resort has these cool ones that we can borrow! :)

After our last dip in the sea, we headed back to our rooms to prepare for our last dinner party in Aureo and our theme for the night was Mexican! ^_^ My favorite!




The night was composed of a yummy dinner spread, a duo performing, dancing, and one thing we didn't escape was pinakanta din kami lahat! Haha! Mawawala talaga ang pagiging introvert mo on this trip! >_<

The Aureo 2019 crew! I'm really glad I got to spend time with these cool people! :) It was a whole different level of fun for me and wouldn't have chosen a better set of people to be with! :) Missing this bunch!! Till our next trip!

I had such an amazing time at Aureo La Union! Thank you so much for a relaxing 3 days! This momma needed that break badly! It was a great stay and I'm hoping to come back here soon with my family in tow next time! :)
