When I started blogging way back in 2005, I remember how I was so content already with having a platform of my own and just being able to freely express myself on this cyberspace. But when I started attending events in 2010 and I would fill-up registration forms with my site, I suddenly felt how tedious it was to write www.artsyfartsyava.blogspot.com. >_< Can you imagine? For some reason though, I still didn't get a domain cos I thought I really didn't need it. Thankfully around 2012, the Hubby decided to give me one of the best Christmas gifts ever and that was my very own domain from GoDaddy! ^_^ From then, I realized how important it really was to have a website or domain of your own cos it makes everything so much more professional and can make it easier for people to find you. Especially that I treat blogging as my job or business now, it's crucial!
GoDaddy Inc., is used by almost every blogger I know. My Husband also got his domain from them! They're the kind of company that empowers everyday entrepreneurs or people who want to start up a business or take things to the next level.
Yesterday, aspiring entrepreneurs, students, influencers and women in business gathered for a workshop-inspired conference called "EntrepHERneur: Real Talk with GoDaddy, Maggie Wilson-Consunji and Friends" at Casa Consunji. :)

As someone who loves the Korean culture, it's no question that I am also obsessed with their food. I remember being so hooked on Kimchi when I was pregnant with Asher and practically ate Samgyupsal every single day when Mom and I went to South Korea. I won't deny that I also eat A LOT of that here in Manila and fortunately, it's not difficult to search for Korean food here cos there are so many already. ^_^ But of course, I have my favorites!
One of the recent ones I got to try this year is SOBAN K-TOWN GRILL!

My youngest son Asher is going back to school again real soon and it makes me wonder where did the time go?? One minute I was just celebrating the end of the school year and me getting that much needed mom-break, but here we go again, nearing June! >_< Oh well, I guess time does fly when you're having fun with your kids!♥
Since it is almost that time of the year again, I'm already starting to think on upgrading some of their school stuff cos the past ones have been pretty worn out, like their bags and school shoes. A few weeks ago, I attended the launch of Skechers' Back-to-School 2019 collection and being the kind of mom who loves both comfort and style, I got curious what they had this time. :)

Ever since the Dessert Museum opened last year, I think I probably have gone a total of 5x already but I'm not complaining! I have a big spot for cute and instagrammable places. ^_^ I really enjoyed taking lots of pictures the first time I went with the Hubby and the consecutive one with my son Asher. They have 8 sugar-filled rooms of happiness that you will love. But this year, they changed it up a bit by having 4 new rooms, so how can I resist another trip there, right? :) I must see it!

When it comes to coloring our locks, it can mean many things for us. It can be a form of personal style, expression or a way to show our mood. But with our hair color choices also comes chemical treatments that may lead to getting dry and dull tresses.
With Cream Silk's newest Triple Keratin Rescue Ultimate Color Revive, you no longer have to worry about your hair cos it's perfect for modern Filipinas likes who love to color. :)

Summer vacation has been ongoing for both my kids since April and its been a week already since Asher concluded his one week art camp with Promil Four i-Shine. We still have rehearsals for their recital on May 10. But we really miss waking up early to attend his art workshop with Teacher Kara of Papemelroti. :)
Been in the blogosphere for a decade and I love writing about fashion, beauty, motherhood, the arts and more. This is where you'll find things that make me happy. :)
