Being healthy is one of the most important things to keep in mind nowadays. With everything that is going on, I personally make sure that my family is always in their best health by cooking or feeding them the right food and that they also don't forget to drink their vitamins.
Health is wealth! So, I wanna share with you, guys one of my favorite fruits right now that is filled with vitamins and for sure your family would also enjoy snacking on. :)

Plenty of time on my hands lately that I was able to watch a new Kdrama and actually stay up to date with it! It's the most watched now by most of the people I know and it's called 'A World of Married Couple'. The Hubby and I got so hooked on the story line! If you've seen it too, you know how every episode is so packed and it can make your blood curl haha! Given that it's probably my fave right now, I decided to recreate some looks of the lead character Ji Sun-Woo from my own closet! ^_^

When it comes to traveling, doing errands and long walks, there is only one brand that comes to mind when you need both comfort and style - Skechers. :) It's what I always recommend to friends when they ask for what shoes to buy for their travels and personally it's what i've been using for years too!
A few weeks back, my family and I went on a road trip to Tagaytay to celebrate the new year ahead of us. :) I'm the designated driver in our household, so for this trip + the long drive, I had my Skechers GOWalk. :)

I know there's still two weeks left before January ends, but I already can't wait to share some of my beauty favorites for the month, particularly in the skincare department. :) I don't put much make-up and would never want to be dependent on them, so I really invest in products that would keep my skin fresh and bright! I'm also turning 30 years old this year, so I want to give my skin the proper care it needs.♥
When it comes to beauty products, I really don't follow the 10-step skincare thing, but I do try to at least have some steps or stick to a routine. Below are some of the stuff I currently use...

Confidence is something we all want to achieve but sometimes there are certain things that can bring our level of self-esteem down. One of these common problems is uneven-toned underarms and with this reason alone, it makes us stay in our comfort zones and prevents us from doing even the most simple things, like raising your arms at a concert or wearing your favorite sleeveless tops. It's limiting and it shouldn't be that way.
I've been personally using Dove deodorant for as long as I can remember and I really love it cos the brand keeps to its promise of providing care, protection and freshness to my underarms. Now, they've raised the standard to whitening deos with their new Dove Ultimate Repair Dark Marks Corrector.♥

When it comes to friends, I would say that I'm fortunate to have found really good ones. With everything that we go through in life, sometimes only your fellow girl can understand you and help you get through it with comfort and no judgements. We all need THAT kind of friend.

Back when I was still in high school, I did plenty of sports, like your typical Physical Education, tennis and cheer leading. But sadly when I got to college, I had a drastic change in lifestyle cos I had babies and needed to juggle school. I no longer had time for other extracurricular activities. But of course, I still tried my best to stay fit by walking as much as I could and I eat right. I, at least owe that to my health!
As the years progressed, I could see different people also having a change in their lifestyle and have gotten more concerned with monitoring their health and one of the ways that I saw people doing this was through a fitness band. I thought at first that only people who did extreme sports or who are into working out are the only ones who had use for this - totally wrong! Even someone like me who just wants to track their heart rate, steps, food/water intake, sleep and more can also use it. :)
A few months ago, I got my first ever Fitbit Alta HR and I wanna share my overall experience!

Remember back in the days when you would bring your 'baon' to school? I would bring a lunch box with me until the latter part of my grade school days. You probably had your lunch kit for years and maybe until this very day if it were a trusty brand like Zojirushi. :)
You would be happy to know that Zojirushi, the leading Japanese home and kitchen lifestyle brand since 1918 is re-launching here in the Philippines!

When it comes to gift-giving, it can be difficult at times because you get certain concerns, like does he/she have this already? Will he/she like this? or the thought that he/she has everything already. I'm sure at some point, you heard yourself saying or pondering about these. I myself do!
But what exactly do you get people who almost have everything or who are non-materialistic?

In our daily life, almost everything depends on our smartphones and computer. We spend most of our hours just browsing on it, doing work and even staying up late at night just to finish your favorite series. This is one factor that can lead to dry eyes. To add to it, the environment's pollution nowadays also contributes to triggering our allergies or eye lesions.
Our eyesight is one of the most important part of our body and we need to give it the proper care it needs or natural relief for the common problems it encounters daily.
Thankful that I recently got VisActiv Neo to help me prevent frequent eye dilemmas. :)

When you feel sad, troubled or need a little spark in your life, you go to your best friend for that much needed pep talk to help you get back on track. But sometimes, you just need that perfect shade of lipstick to make you feel like you can conquer the world! :)
Avon, a brand that always empowers women and can be considered as your BFF too, supports all Filipinas skin deep. For every moment in a Filipina's life, there's a shade and finish that will help you conquer it. They offer swipes of confidence, happiness, and of course beauty.
This year, it's all about pink!♥

A girl can never have too many lipsticks and one of my favorite local brands when I was just starting to fall in love with mattes is the rumor shade from Pink Sugar. Not only do their lippies smell so good, but they're also easy to apply. :) If you also can't get enough of their lip colors, you might want to subscribe to the first ever BDJ Box Elite Lip Box!
For a certified lip-junkie, you would definitely go over the moon!

When I started coloring my own hair, I often struggled with it and even if my roots are showing already, I still delay coloring it because I know it would be incredibly tedious. But ever since I discovered Liese Creamy Bubble Hair Color last year, it has been a breeze to touch up my locks! :)
Liese has also been my go-to hair color ever since I tried it for the first time. I haven't changed to any brand and I don't think I will for as long as I'm the one doing my hair.

We all know how popular Korean beauty products are in the Philippines, so it's not doubt why a lot of brands keep coming in and I'm not complaining! :) I'm sure my fellow 'Chingus' are also overjoyed by this, because we no longer have to keep asking friends who go to Korea to by us this and that or to even have them shipped all the way here via courier. Now, it's as easy as going to the mall or even conventions! ^_^
If you, guys follow me on Instagram, you would know that my friend Ana, Ashley and I, have a group called "Korea in Manila" a.k.a. K.I.M. There we post everything that we find Korean here in Manila. So, whether its food, concerts, happenings, fashion or beauty products, we post it! :)
Will be sharing with you some of my Korea in Manila beauty finds!

There are often times that I doubt myself. I know most of us do and with social media nowadays showing us the "perfect" side of everyones lives, it's difficult to shrug all the feelings aside and just forget.
I personally have felt this so many times. When I got pregnant at an early age, I never knew how I was going to handle it. A lot of questions ran in my mind and the one that played the most was, "Can I raise a child at only 19 years old?" Then the time that I entered college and I had to balance school, raising a family and part-time work... again, "Can I do this??" Lastly, when someone is always better out there and I'm also trying to be the best, "Will I be able to standout?"

Went it comes to smartphones, we can never have too many options. There are so many brands nowadays that just keep on coming out with awesome phones and features and the only problem for us consumers is, which one to pick? Speaking of new phones, OPPO Philippines has recently launched the much awaited OPPO F3 in the market and I was able to try it out.
In this generation of selfies and groufies, we cannot deny that we are so dependent on our phones and of course, we only want quality photos to post on our social media accounts, right? ;)

The Japanese culture can be found in almost all places in Manila. You can easily dine at Japanese restaurants, you can buy stuff like Sanrio here and so much more. That's why it wasn't hard for my friends and I to come up with a group before called 'Japan in Manila!' :) We haven't had the time to meet up in the past, but recently, because of Shangri-La Plaza's "Everything Japanese" month long festival! ^_^
