Sunday is usually the day I dread, because we all know it's Monday the next day and that only means back to school or work. But I try to spend the last of rest day in a productive way and today, we met up with my best friend, Guada, Joy, Nico and Marvin for a little despedida for Joy, because she's leaving for the US on Tuesday for her OJT. She'll be there for 3 months, so we wanted to bond with her. :)
We spent the lovely afternoon at Ayala Triangle. It was my first time there and it's a really nice place for families, kids or even couples to stroll at. If you're hungry, there's also a line up of restaurants to choose from. One of them is BONCHON and that's where we had lunch. :)
Their chicken was fairly good. Gersh and I had the Soy Garlic, while some of the guys had Hot and Spicy. Judging by Nico's reaction, Hot and Spicy was TOO spicy. So, if you have a low tolerance for spicy food, stick with Soy Garlic. ;)
After lunch, we went around the park a bit and took some pictures (some, means A LOT, so prepare for a photo heavy post)...=P
It was too hot, so after a few minutes of walking, we went back to the resto area and had Golden Spoon for dessert. I love their chocolate flavor, btw.
And if I had really poor quality OTD pictures from yesterday's event, I beg to differ today. =P Joy had a great concept on how to take my outfit of the day and I absolutely love how it turned out! This is entitled, "TOWER SHOES CONCEPT." ;)
This day was pure fun. :) Too bad we don't get to spend this much time together. I'm surely going to miss these girls when they leave. Sigh. Hoping for more of these with Besh Ga while she's still here and another part when Joy comes home. :) Love you, girls! Cheers to friendship. Wherever we may be!
