I find 2010 to be so fast and in that short span of time, I've had my fair share of obstacles in life that I learned a lot from and I'm really glad I went all through those, because now I clearly see what I want to do and to be in life. But of course, if I had challenges, I also experienced my fair share of happiness. God has blessed me with so many good things that I never expected would happen in my life. Especially through blogging, the events, features and the main perks of it is meeting new friends. Just when I thought something is good, he comes up with something better and greater. :)

I guess I won't make this any longer, since we'll be celebrating New Year with my cousins in a bit and we'll be opening gifts. (Yes, we open gifts on new year & not Christmas..) :) So here it goes, Thank you to all my friends--old or new and my blogkada! You guys showed me that true friends do exist. I'm incredibly lucky to have you all in my life. :) Thank you to my family for the love and support they've endlessly given me and to God for the never ending love and patience he gives me and for listening to my prayers. You guys made my 2010 AWESOME! Thank you so much! :)

Attended the book signing of Yvan Rodic a.k.a. FaceHunter yesterday at Fully Booked, Fort. The event started at 6PM, but unfortunately I was an hour late for his talk and wasn't able to get a book either. :( I'm kinda disappointed with Fully Booked. A lot of us weren't able to purchase a FaceHunter book because they ran out of copies. =| But all was compensated, thanks to the company of good friends--Best part of my night!:)

It took awhile for the people to get their books signed, because Yvan Rodic didn't only sign books, but had a personal talk with each person who purchased his book. :) Super nice! So, while waiting for some friends, we took photos and lots of it!

I finally met fellow blogger Alexa of IAMALEXA! I've been reading her blog for months now and it was really nice to finally see her in person. :)

I honestly didn't know what to wear at the event. I was even feeling down because I couldn't find anything decent to wear in my closet. But thankfully my mom came to the rescue and helped me with my outfit. :) Mom's are THE best!

Also while I was at the event, I was approached by Street Manila to have my picture taken for their fashion blog. I'm still giddy about that!

We didn't stay until the end of the book signing, because some of us were already hungry, plus we didn't feel like going to the after party, so Melai, JR, Pax, Honey and I had dinner at Pancake House instead. :) I really had fun at the event. Even though I didn't have a book and didn't have a one-on-one with Yvan, it was still worth it, because of my blogger friends. So, thank you so much, guys!:) I hope to bond with everyone again soon! Till our next event!^_^

Having a Christmas tree is something I look forward to every Christmas. I feel that it makes the holidays a lot merrier and of course having a tree with lots of ornaments and lights would make Athan really happy. :) This year, the decor enthusiast my Mother is, brought home plenty of quirky baubles to put in our tree and living room. Here are some of them (warning: PHOTO HEAVY!=p)...

Went to Glorietta with the family yesterday for dinner and Starbucks (they're helping me collect stickers..hihi!) But while we were just about to sip our coffee and tea, Athan was so persistent in going to Timezone with my Mom that Gersh and I decided to tag along the fun instead of just sitting in a crowded place. Of course while Athan and Mom was busy playing bowling and car rides, we tried the photo booth Jewella for the very first time as a couple... :)

The quality isn't that good because I just took a photo of the actual pictures. The machine at Timezone only accepts photo transfer via Infared. Unfortunately the boyfriend and I only have bluetooth. Boo. But still! I love them!:) We look so picture perfect!♥ I can't wait to have more of these. :)

Regarding my blog give away, I'm just waiting for one more sponsor and I might just do it on January since my Blog Anniversary is still on January. I hope a lot of you will join! :)

My side of the family doesn't usually celebrate Christmas with a bang. I think I mentioned this in my previous Christmas entries, but doesn't mean we don't love Christmas. We do! Its just that we're more complete every new year and opt to celebrate and open gifts during that time. :) Still, like I said, we like it and during 24 until the 25th, we go to the boyfriend's place and celebrate with his family. Unfortunately this year all his family members are either abroad or at the province, so our celebration was quite minimal, but still worth while. :)

I hope you guys had a happy Christmas. I for one did and can't wait what the new year has in store for all of us. 7 days to go! MERRY CHRISTMAS AGAIN, GUYS & GOD BLESS!!:)

First off, I am incredibly sorry for not having that much time this December. If you noticed, it took awhile before I got to blog again. I think about 4 days since I blogged my previous post vs. my October-November entries wherein I blog every single day.=p My Mom's here for a visit and we've been out and about doing Christmas shopping and we're enjoying the family bonding as much as we can while she's here. So, excuse my absences and if my blog give away is taking awhile. :) But one thing is for sure, I miss blogging so much!! I hope you won't get tired of visiting my humble site!^_^

Anyhoo, last tuesday I was invited by my friends Efril and Karelle to be one of the models for DLSU-TAPAT'S 25th Anniversary Party and I was already excited upon getting the message from them on FB and I got even more excited, because this was my first fashion show ever and I didn't know what to expect!:)

The event was held at Casa Barbaras, Intramuros. It was a bit far, but I really love the rich culture that Intramuros has to offer its visitors. :)

I really had fun at the show. The people behind it, especially Efril did an awesome job. They were so nervous before the show, but all the efforts paid off. I think all the models looked fab that night and we owe our fierce looks to them. I personally liked being edgy for a change. I always appear prim and proper. This was totally different. In a good way. Hehe. Kudos to you, guys!:)

This was my first time to model for a fashion show and I was happy to have my family supporting me. It started out pretty bumpy, but I feel blessed to have been a part of this. Thank you again, Tapat for having and trusting me to be your model!:)
