I had a great New Year celebration with my family and the night was just filled with positive vibes and dancing for me. I guess it has something to do with the family being complete because it's rare for us to gather like this and every December 31st, we make sure that it will be a great bonding. :)
It's still Christmas at our place as you can see. ;)

Time to open gifts! My Tita is always the one who distributes our gifts so Athan gave her a big hug as a thank you because he's been waiting and waiting for a long time. :))
And when the clock struck 12 AM...HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!:)
We don't do fireworks because we think its dangerous. But thank goodness our neighbors are quite the avid fan of fireworks and we enjoy looking at these every New Year. :)
We had a simple but sweet New Year celebration and being with my small family certainly made it a great start to 2012. I hope you all had a wonderful new year celebration as well. :)
