A family affair

It was a whole day family affair for me last weekend. First I spent the afternoon with my Mom, Gersh, Athan and Asher at Rockwell to go around the mall, have lunch and take Athan to the toy store. We were also fortunate to still see Power Plant Mall's Christmas decorations, despite it being January 2013 already. :)

Athan was too busy with his new toys, so he didn't bother with the crayons and coloring that much. That's why I jumped in and catered the inner kid in me. =P

Thumbs up to Power Plant Mall for having one of the best Christmas decorations that I've seen in malls. :) I love how everything looks so cheerful! Feels like Christmas all over again!
When night time came, we fetched my Grandparents and Aunt and headed to Sofitel Manila to have a bonding session over drinks and cake...

Since we went there around 11PM already, there wasn't anymore pastries to choose from but the cake above with some edible gold on it. I tried it, but couldn't finish it, because it had a zesty hint to it that I really couldn't take. :| But other than that, I found my watermelon shake fairly okay. Oh and it was my first time to try edible gold! My tummy feels rich. Buti pa yung tiyan ko! Lol!:)

Family bonding, of course calls for a family picture!

I find it so cute and sweet whenever Athan and Asher gets the chance to have a picture taken together. :) Lucky to have a son that loves his baby brother so much. :) Happy also that I got to spend another day with the whole family. Cheers to that!
