BLI Prestige New Collections 2013

 When my Mom heard me wanting a pair of Ray-ban Clubmaster one night while talking to the Hubby, she suddenly called me and handed her old one. I couldn't stop thanking her! From then on, it became my favourite pair of all time. But of course, I realized that I needed to look out for new pair as to not abuse my old one. But still a classic piece. So, last Friday, I dropped by the Eye Statement headquarters of the BLi Lifestyle Inc. for an intimate view of their latest collections from their Prestige Line brands such as ELLE, ESPRIT, GUESS, PEPE JEANS and more. :)

Being the quirky and girly type, I was easily drawn to Elle's 2013 collection and without a doubt, I kept ogling at the pretty sunnies they have, which had a charmingly stylish garden party as its inspiration. :) The collection is divided into romantic pieces and luxuriously minimal finishes.

You just gotta love these classic feminine flower and bowknot accents. Very tasteful and as my friend would call it, "Vogue" looking. I like it a lot! But if you're not into the little details, they also have something simple or more of an everyday wear kind of sunnies. :)

And of course, my pick was the oversized rounded frames with a beautiful white rose detail at the temple. Definitely the classic piece I was looking for. :)

Another collection that caught my attention was Esprit's California-inspired new 2013 collection. With this line-up divided into Bohemian, Preppy and Luxe Sporty motifs, the collection embodies a stylish woman living a leisurely life in the casual comforts of home, friends and playtime.

Bohemian sunglasses add a touch of whimsy to semi-rounded frames inspired by the singing sixties and the boom of quiet revolution and pop counter-culture prevalent at the time. Preppy varieties take you to the country club with a burst of basic and primary colors such as black, white and red, exuding a collegiate vibe that is well put-together. Sporty eyewear options are composed of rectangular shapes with thick rims, ready to accompany its wearer to an early morning trek or a late afternoon jog.

The epitome of elegant contentment and relaxation, these eyewear options are perfect for the confident woman who loves laidback leisure.

I can see my blog friends, Ana, Pax and Sarah sporting these sunnies. It suits their different styles. :) As for me, I'd like to try out the middle one. I guess I'm just really into vintage looking sunglasses. ;)
