The new Pizza 1954!

When it comes to Throwback Thursday, we see a lot of photos from the past that makes us laugh, reminisce and just gets us all nostalgic. That past mostly reminds us about our childhood and one of the things I remember as a child was my frequent visits to Shakey's with my Mom. She loves the pizza there so much that she would often suggest it as our place to dine at when we're out.
Indeed, Shakey's is really a yummy place to eat at and circa 1954 was the time they marked a great year for pizza with the launch of the first Shakey's Pizza parlour in America. It has been around for 60 years! Imagine that?? It's older than my Mom!
The new Shakey's Pizza 1954 is a salute to the amazing taste that has built the brand and made Shakey's a name in creating good times and great memories.

At the launch of the new Pizza 1954, I really loved the vintage theme. It totally was the perfect throwback thursday experience!:) And to top it all off, it really was thursday!^_^

Aside from the new Pizza 1954, I found a new love at Shakey's. Catch their newest offering, the Lemon Cucumber Cooler. This is so good and tastes so fresh!:) If you love cucumber, then you'd definitely taste it and the mix of lemon in it is just love!:) Beat the heat with this!

The new Shakey's Pizza 1954 is the first contemporary gourmet pizza for Shakey's guests to know and love. It has fresh rosemary and basil leaves, juicy morsels of Italian sausage, Angus beef, slices of Pepperoni, 100% Mozzarella cheese, savoury red onions, and a sprinkling of Parmesan rest atop a soft gourmet dough crust of another tantalising Shakey's original.

The Pizza 1954 is definitely a must try if you love Pepperoni and herbs. :) I actually just had it tonight again!:) It's available in all Shakey's nationwide!

Although I can't get enough of my pan pizza, the other brand; when it comes to thin crust, I think I still favor Shakeys more :D

You got me at pepperoni and basil! I will surely try that as we are loyal Shakey's customers. That lemon cucumber cooler looks so refreshing, just like with other restos I've been too with a similar concoction... wanna try their version too!
