SM beauty: All Eyes on You!

They say the eyes are the windows to our soul. But wouldn't it be more beautiful if our eyes had smashing eye makeup to go with it? :) I think it absolutely would!  When I started learning about makeup, the first two things I tried was lipstick and eyeliner. They're my go-to makeup and now, I practically can't go to formal events without wearing them. :)

Since I'm more into eyeliner when it comes to makeup, I was excited to see this year's trends. :) It was the perfect opportunity to have more knowledge about eye makeup and shake up the usual basics. 



As you guys know I'm into anything colorful and so lucky that Valeria Chua was there for an art session to teach us all about the basics on applying eyeshadow or eyeliner hues using the color wheel!:)

She showed us the four trends now that we might want to try in the future and we got do it ourselves through an artsy activity! Makeup on paper - something I've always wanted to try out!  :)

There are four eye makeup trends this year:

These are what I came up with. :) I'm really into Shadow Play and Pop of Color. But I think that would have to stay on paper for now, because I still have a lot to learn, but I'm an eager beaver! So, maybe next time I could go beyond my comfort zone of Purple and black eyeliner and move on to more fabulous eye makeup and give my husband that smoldering eye look! haha!
