Quaker: Overnight Breakfast Club.♥

We've all heard the saying, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" and I know this a lot, because my Mom cannot stress it enough for me. I'm not a morning person ever since I was little, so it was always a challenge for her to get me to eat breakfast. Even when I had to go to school, my grandparents would try their hardest to get me to eat something before the bus fetched me. Needless to say, it was a challenge and it still is kind of one until this very day. 

Being a freelancer, my schedule is never permanent and it gets pretty busy. I often forget or neglect to take my breakfast and that's not good at all for someone like me who is already skinny. I need to pay more attention to my overall health.

With that, I am so glad to now know about the Quaker Overnight Breakfast Club!♥

The primary reason why busy people tend to neglect breakfast is because of the preparation. Most of us rush during the morning and for those who have a fast-paced lifestyle, eating oats is the perfect and most convenient fix - this I actually learned at the Quaker event. ;)

Quaker is a brand that is no stranger to us. It has a long heritage of providing healthy mornings for over 140 years and now they're presenting an even more convenient way to give us all healthy mornings through their overnight oats!

Now, the whole concept of this is, by pre-preparing your breakfast the night before, there's no reason to skip breakfast. You simply just add the ingredients you want to put together with your overnight oats and you leave it in the fridge. The next day, you just grab and go! ^_^
