New World Manila Bay for Mother's Day.♥

by - June 06, 2017

Every Mother's Day, my family and I go to the mall and we celebrate it by having dinner. It is still special, but it's the typical thing that we do almost every year. This time however, I was invited by New World Manila Bay for a Mother's Day staycation and I really got excited, because it's not every occasion that we spend it away from our home. :)
With that, I want to share with you, guys our overall experience with New World Manila Bay last Mother's Day.

New World Manila Bay is 5-star Hotel conveniently located in Manila and just walking distance from Robinsons Place Manila. We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday (day before Mother's Day) around 12:00 noon and our accommodations was specifically at the Residences Club. What makes the Residences Club different from the typical check-in area, it is located at the 10th floor of the hotel and it has a private area. It's a breeze to check-in and check-out there. Express service is one of the perks there, so you don't have to wait long or in line, for that matter. :)

The Residence Club offers exceptional luxury rooms with privacy and special privileges, like using the Residence Club Living Room below.

As soon as we got into our room at the 12th floor, we were welcomed with these cute stuffed animal that was an instant hit with my kids and I found it so thoughtful that they knew I have two kids, so they made sure both had one plushy. ^_^

I also got a super beautiful bouquet of pink daisies with a lovely note and that definitely touched my momma heart!

A little tour of our room....

The starting rate of a room at the Residence Club is around Php 6,700 to Php 13,000 per night. With that, you have a stunning view of the pool/bay view, king sized bed, living room and dining area,  WiFi, marbled bathroom, two LCD TVs and more. :)

Since there was five of us staying in one room, New World Manila Bay was thoughtful to add an additional bed beside our king size one. I absolutely love everything about our room. It's spacious enough for the kids to run in and out in. They can freely play and my grandmother can watch her favorite shows in the living room, while the kiddos can enjoy cartoons in our room. Win win!

It has been a tradition of mine to surprise my mom and grandmother with DIY cards during Mother's Day and now that I have my own kids, I teach them to do the same for the special women in our lives. Having this Mother's Day staycation was also a nice surprise for my grandmother. I only told her two days before! ^_^ The perfect time for her to relax and enjoy the day!

Our afternoon was pretty much spent chilling in the room and when night time came, the Hubby and I just headed out a bit to attend a friend's wedding and when we came back to the Hotel, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Fireplace - a steakhouse & grill fine dinning restaurant inside New World Manila Bay. :)

I would describe our intimate dinner as delightful. It was everything that I hoped for - good food, quality time with the Hubby and a relaxing night for me as a mommy. :)

The staff of The Fireplace was also very accommodating and courteous. They even asked us if we wanted a photo at their wine display and the funny thing about our photo above was, the server who was in charge of our table was very persistent on getting the best photo and good lighting! Haha! >_< Thank you, Sir!

In case you want to try out The Fireplace, they have some ongoing treats...

June 2017 Indulgent 50 ~ enjoy 50% discount on select courses: From The Grill, Signature Dishes, and To Share. Feast of signature dishes and prime offerings such as The Fireplace's Signature Burger with Foie Gras,; A4 Saga Ribeye; 1.2kg Australian tomahawk; and Australian lamb rack.

As soon as we got up our room, everyone was knocked out and we snoozed with them as well.

The very next day was officially Mother's Day and we woke up at 8:30AM to enjoy breakfast at The Residence Club Living Room.

The Residence Club serves Continental Breakfast, while the Market Café has the International one. But if you want some privacy and less people while having your Breakfast, this is the best place. :) Every Residence Club guest is allowed to invite a maximum of 2 visitors and is chargeable per consumption at Php 870+ per person.

After our hearty Breakfast, the boys and I rested for a bit and then we headed to the pool area for their much awaited swimming time. :)

For the nth time, I want to commend New World Manila Bay cos again, they would always make sure that we have everything we needed. I need not ask anymore. They placed these two cute baby robes in our room and I thought every room had one, but one of the guests that was at the pool area asked me where we got it and I realized that you had to request for them. :)

The kids super had fun swimming and we all enjoyed having three pools to jump in - the adult pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi side. :) They actually didn't want to get out of the pool anymore, but of course, after two hours, we needed to have lunch.

We had our Mother's Day lunch at the Market Café and they have a lot of choices when it comes to cuisine as they serve International choices. They have Japanese, Filipino, Italian, American and more.

The Market Café made it even more memorable for all the moms as they distributed these little gift bags for all the Moms dining there that day. :)

For this month of June, they have Saga Beef and Japanese menu offerings at the Market Café and the buffet rate starts at Php 2,000 lunch time (Monday to Saturday) and Php 2,500 (Sunday); and dinner rate is Php 2,200 (Monday to Thursday), and Php 2,500 (Friday to Saturday). :)

The boys have been wanting to do bubble bath since we got to the hotel, so before we checked out, of course, we had to do that! ^_^

Overall our Mother's Day celebration has been nothing but amazing! I would also say that this is one of our best hotel stays, because it was just absolutely flawless. :) The service was excellent and my family has nothing but good and repetitive praises. :) Thank you thank you so much, Jeanne Marfal and New World Manila Bay for making this year's Mother's Day a very special and memorable one! I will always cherish it and wouldn't know how to top that!
