Spending Holy Week has always been the same for my family and I. We would do our yearly procession, church visits and come Easter Sunday, we would stay at home or take the boys egg hunting somewhere. :) This year, we got to spend it a bit grander thanks to Linden Suites Hotel.♥
Staying at Linden Suites Hotel is not something new to my husband and I, because we already stayed with them back in 2010 for our third year anniversary. We had a wonderful during that time, but of course its been years since our last visit, so there were new things to expect and we had the boys with us, which made it more fun! ^_^
Last April 1, we headed to TheLinden Suites to attend their 'Hop, Look & Glisten' Easter activity. :) If you booked a room with them during the Lenten season, you had the chance to enjoy the various activities they prepared for you and your kids. :) You can book a room for as low as Php 3,000 nett!
One of them was the Easter Party! Their decorations were super cute and on point!
They had a yummy lunch prepared along with cool booths, like sword balloons, caricature, face painting, and an amazing bubble show for the kids to enjoy! :) I'm not a kid anymore, but I loved this part so much! ^_^
What the kids looked forward to the most was of course, the egg hunting! There were so many kids who joined in this activity, so the boys had to be extra alert in finding the eggs. :)
So lucky that the kids and their Daddy found one of the golden eggs hidden and got a special price too! Happy kids = happy parents! Great job, guys!♥♥♥
After the Easter Activity, we settled into our room. :) If you're wondering what the rooms look like at Linden Suites Hotel, here's a little room tour!
From last 2010 and our staycation this 2018, what I've always loved about The Linden Suites is how spacious, clean, classy and cozy their rooms are. :) It's almost like an apartment already! I call it, our home away from home! ^_^ Our room also had a wonderful view of Ortigas!
We got the ONE BEDROOM SUITE and it's complete with everything you might need, like WiFi access, kitchen/dining area, TV in the living room area and also another TV in the bedroom, bath tub, working desk, iron and daily cleaning service.
We pretty much stayed in our room the whole day. The Hubby and I took a long nap cos the Easter party got us all partied out! My kids on the other hand, kept rolling all over the carpets! Oh and if your kids go missing suddenly inside the room, look no more! They might be here...
HAHAHA! Perfect hiding spot and definitely loving every inch of the room! >_<
Another thing we got to try at the hotel was their restaurant called, The Happy Chef! Located at the 2nd floor of Linden Suites. :)
The restaurant serves international dishes and has the most friendly staff around. :) I never had to ask for anything, because they always made sure we had everything we needed during our dinner.
I personally think when staying at a hotel, it can be pricey to eat in their restaurants, but at The Happy Chef, the food we ate was good and price was right, given the amount of servings. :)
Come bed time, we all slept soundly and all bundled up! :) The only problem we had was, how to get up! We got too cozy! >_< But of course, we didn't want to miss breakfast!
Your room reservations also comes with complimentary breakfast at The Happy Chef as well!
Not only does Linden Suites serve a yummy and hearty buffet breakfast, but it also changes cuisine per day! :) During our stay, we had Asian! ^_^ Something to look forward to!
After resting our tummies, no staycation is ever complete for my kids without pool time!
Like last time, The Linden Suites Hotel did not disappoint! My family and I had an amazing Easter celebration and I'm glad we stayed here. We were provided with exceptional service and a grand time!
