Bloggers slash friends

Being in the blogsphere for almost 3 years now, I've never fully experienced the perks of being a blogger. Just when I entered the middle of my second year and now at the beginning of my third year did I enjoy the blessings that came my way and one of them is because of all the amazing people I get to meet and the friendships I get to from with them. :)

Yesterday, the family and I went to Greenbelt to meet up with my blogger friends at Red Mango. I was really excited for this meet up, because not only do we got to bond, but it's also the first time for us to gather like this without an event. It was all about bonding, talking, eating, and just enjoying each others company.

We had Kuya Ebong Joson (our host from the Red Mango event) with us again. He is SO amazing! If you only knew. :) and I got to meet Aie of In Aie's Shoes for the first time! We've been reading each others blog for quite some time now and it was really nice to meet her. :)

I also bumped into Keigh while we were there!^_^

After our yogurt treat and a little conversation, we headed to Greenbelt 5 to eat dinner at Mr. Jones. Kuya Ebong said that the food there was good, so we decided to try it out. :)

I had the Spanish Omelette and it was indeed good! I would definitely try Mr. Jones again someday.

During dinner we also planned on going to Cubao Expo for the Meiday event, but before that we had our blogger class picture. With a little fierce poses in between!:)

I told Ana before that I don't have a barkada at school. I try to stay away from them, because I think in my present situation I have to pick my friends wisely, because if I don't, my future might go to waste and I'd rather concentrate on my studies when I'm there. So, I'm really happy I found a set of friends through blogging that I can consider like my family or blogkada. ;)

The others weren't able to make it, but we're hoping to have another get together soon. The more bloggers the merrier! Can't wait for part two!:)

Tama talaga yan.. And tama ka about the friendships that come with blogging.. I'm super lucky to be experiencing all of this already kahit wala pa ako one year mag "serious blogging" so I'm just enjoying it because I know na mapuputol ang kaligayahan ko when I leave on April. :( Anyway.. It was so nice to be with everyone.. Oo nga noh, first time magsama sama tayo ng walang event.. Haha!! Saya naman!! :P

    That's so nice to know that even though you don't have barkada in school, you still found great friends in the blogosphere :) It just shows that finding friends go beyond schools/work place. :) Nice photos, by the way, ava! :D I'm sure you all enjoyed the night!
