Stem cells are the most precious cells in our body because they can divide and regenerate. Since the event was all about making our skin youthful, happy and to destress, we enjoyed a brief session of Laughter Yoga with founder and teacher Paolo Trinidad. I swear, his laughter is contagious! I found myself laughing when he was laughing! Laughter is literally the best medicine because it's actually beneficial to our health! It can boost immune system, stimulate heart and lungs and reduce tension, to name a few. :)

Aside from that we also got to enjoy massage treatments from Chi The Spa. :)
I have been so stressed lately regarding my thesis that I had an anxiety attack last week. I also have been sleeping so late, so I know it's taking a toll on my health. This brief spa retreat is just what I needed to bounce back to my happier self! ^_^ Thank you, Avon!♥

I was able to try the Skin So Soft lotion during the massage and I love it! My skin feels smooth and it smells really nice too. Thinking if I should start a night routine with it? :)
