Happy and healthier 2019: Celebrate Happy New You with Watson's | Eating healthier with Nutrifam!

Every new year, it's common for us to set goals and plans for a better us. But to be honest, most of the resolutions we set can be difficult to achieve cos we either neglect them or don't know how to follow through. This 2019, we should try to change all the unaccomplished goals and make a conscious effort to take care of ourselves and live a happy and healthier lifestyle. :)

My favorite, of course is their line up of K-beauty! Most of the cult favorites, like Klairs, CosRx and Neogen are now available there! ^_^

I remember having to ask friends before to help me purchase Korean beauty stuff in Korea just so I can get my hands on them. But that doesn't have to be the case anymore cos Watson's has made it possible to be in arms reach! :)




Finally got the chance to get my hands on these Neogen Bio-peel gauze! Always wanted to try them. :) Got the Green Tea variant! Have you, guys tried it?? 


Easy to look great with the many sheet masks that they offer! Add these for a radiant and glowing you. :)

One of my favorite and go-to mask is Mediheal! Cool that it comes with a FREE BTS card!





Another thing that I love buying at Watson's is their gel/cream hand soap. My favorite scent is the Tropical Berry & Coconut. They also usually have this in a Buy 1 Take 1 promo. :) I usually hoard!

Aside from skin-goals, I also aspire for health goals a.k.a. eating right. :) It's easy to just grab and eat anything as you go. But you have to keep in mind what it does to your overall health.     Seriously i always have my goals before the year ends but yes NEGLECTION is the ryt word to describe hahaha minsan busy talga ako wd kids and chores. Baka this year, all bout skin and beauty nmn wd the help ni Watsons�� I love buying at Watsons kasi dami ma save, may buy one take one pa tapos perfct pang gift. Is the Neogen Bio peel mura kaya ? i have to check it out, minsan mask from Watson kinukuha ko. I might consider getting a card ksi di ako kmuha nyan before sayang nmn.
