March updates: Virtual gender reveal and stuff that I loved this month

by - March 30, 2021

The month of March is almost over and I can't believe this year is heading to it's fourth month already! Time really does fly and I'm not really complaining since I'm excited for April since it's my birth month. But sadly though, we're facing another ECQ or lockdown because our COVID-19 numbers isn't going down. :( Praying for better days ahead for our country.🙏

Anyhoo, gonna try to make things a little lighter here on my blog by sharing some of the things that made me happy this March! :)

Beginning with the first thing that really made me excited when March arrived was my mini virtual gender reveal party via GoogleMeet with my friends. :) If you remember on my last post about my Pregnancy Journey, I mentioned that we found out the gender of Baby 3 on February 19 and that I was slowly preparing to send out piñatas to some close friends to celebrate. It's my first time to ever try a gender reveal and since COVID-19 happened and I can't do it in a restaurant, I decided to do it online.

I went for March 3 as the date of the party because Baby 3 officially turned 22 weeks then, so it was the perfect time to do it. Before celebrating with my friends, I actually allotted the day before for the boys to open their mini piñata, so they can find out firsthand. :)

It was so hard to be all poker face before this gender reveal. >_< haha! I had to be so careful not to say 'SHE' accidentally or even give the slightest hint that I'm carrying a baby girl. I coincidentally had blue nail polish before this event and wore blue during the reveal while Gersh wore a pink shade. Hihi!

So thankful to my awesome friends Krissy, Nikki, Paul, Pax, Nico, Ashley, Ana, Sarah and Nix for making time and sharing this wonderful news with us!

Needless to say, I'm very happy with the gender and overall good health of the baby! That's all I pray for.

In case you haven't seen my short VLOG about it, you can check it here! :)

Last March 8, the Changes and I decided to meet up again for our agreed upon once a month meet-ups. We didn't have one last February cos everyone got busy but since March was also BTS Suga's birthday month, we thought this was a great time to gather! :)

Ana had this cool LED billboard project done for Suga Day along EDSA and we just had to witness it, of course! Happy Chingus!

After our trip to the LED billboard, Tracy took us to one of the cute cafés she often goes to in Pasig called the Flower Ranch Café. :) It's a quaint shop that sells lovely dried flowers and serves coffee. It's really nice and glad I was able to visit.🌸🌷☕

Hobbies, hobbies, hobbies! That's how I fill my idle days since I'm just often at home. A few weeks back I managed to finish all three diamond paintings that I bought from Shopee and fairly proud of these! :) Maybe when Baby 3 finally has her own room I can frame the big Alice in Wonderland portrait. The AIW quote and Van Gogh room can go in my 'office' hihi. :)

If you also wanna try diamond painting, this is my favorite shop: https://shopee.ph/frendyest.ph.💎

Hello to the amazing world of thrift shopping! I used to love buying clothes from thrift stores circa 2010-2011 of my blogging days. But I suddenly stopped cos I wanted to stick to more basic clothes. But this March, I found myself loving it again and they have so much basics now! Thank you to my budol friends (LOL😂), Krissy, Sarah and Ashley for reintroducing me to it again!

Some of my fave thrift shops:

Last March 19, I had my 6th month checkup and another ultrasound to recheck the baby's congenital anomaly again to just make 100% sure everything is okay. Thankful to say that it's all good and I got to see my love again!💗💗💗 Always happy for these rare moments that I get a slight peek of our baby! Only 3 more months till I officially get to hold you!

L-R: 21 weeks | 23 Weeks | 25 weeks

My recent preggy OOTDs. :) I guess I won't have any new ones for now since ECQ. Maybe on my birthday! hihi

That's it for my March updates! I do pray we overcome this huge challenge we're facing with COVID-19. I hope the vaccines start helping us and that our numbers go down with the lockdown and more people staying home now. Let's hope for the best.🙏 Stay safe, everyone!
