There was a bumpy time in our relationship that I bet we both thought, "will we make it?" or even get the old spark back to our relationship. As the years went by and past experiences also occurred in our life, I realized that it doesn't only take spark or spark isn't enough to keep what we have alive. It takes more than that. It takes courage, a lot of patience, a strong love and faith to keep it going. You have to believe in each other and know that no matter what, that person will be there for you through thick and thin. For better or for worse. I thank God that he gave me a great man to love and to love me back. :)

Last, Tuesday (June 12), Gersh and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. For our anniversaries, we usually celebrate it simply by going to the mall and eating at our fave resto, Sbarro. :) But for this year, Gersh treated us to Star City!

This was quite unusual since we don't celebrate in an extravagant way, but I'm happy we did something different this year. :)

We tried a couple of fast rides, but Gersh gets dizzy easily, so we went for the much subtle but fun attractions, like bumper cars, bumper boat, dragon express, blizzard and more. We also tried Lazer Blaster and it just gave us adrenaline rush! We were running around this soldier-like area. It was my first time and I wanna do it again! Our team even won!:)

One thing we obsessed about at Star City was the food. Lots of concessionaire stands and our favorite was the dried pusit. Good good!

Before we ended our day at Star City, we tried out, Doctor Fish! It's similar to the one at Manila Ocean Park, only the fishes at Star City are much bigger!

Parang pwede ng pang-ulam!=P This lasts for a good 20 minutes for Php 56 each. :)

I had a great anniversary and I'm glad I have Gersh in my life. I love you!:) More years to come!

Celebrated my 4 year Anniversary with Gersh yesterday and instead of spending it as a couple, we decided to bring Athan along. We just can't resist his cute-little face when he begs us that he wants to tag along. Plus, it's more fun when we're all together. :)

For our anniversary dinner, we had it at Burgoo, MoA. I was pretty excited for it, because one, I get to write on the table, two, I have my boys with me and three I get to enjoy a yummy treat from my Love Buddy!:)

When our food came out, we didn't realize that we actually ordered two chicken meal. =P The lemon peppered chicken and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Haha! It was silly, but they taste quite different and really delicious, so it was all good!. :)

After eating and paying our bill, the waitress brought this to our table and to our surprise, we asked, "Why?" and "What's it for??" Turns out, our waitress saw my doodle on the table while we were ordering and told her manager. Result, free ice cream, because it's our anniversary! Sweet!!!:") 

Aside from having dinner, we also went to Church, then shopped some toys for Athan, a new bag and umbrella for Gersh and new shoes for me!^_^

I've been eyeing on this cute doll shoes from Ichigo since I came back from Taiwan, but unfortunately, I'm on a strict shopping ban so I restrained myself. Luckily, good things come to those who wait!:)

And the best thing about our shopping trip is we didn't have to spend a single dime on them!:) Yey!

We had a really happy anniversary celebration and I'd like to thank everyone who greeted us. :) We feel really grateful to have friends who always supports our love. :) *BIG HUG* to everyone!!

CHEERS TO 4 YEARS!

This was taken by a very good friend of ours when Athan was born 2 years ago and now after all the challenges and happiness we're celebrating our 3rd Anniversary as a couple.

We've waited for this day and we've struggled through a lot before this day came. We didn't even know if we'd even make it together to this day, but now it's here, we're here stronger than ever. I love you so much. Thank you for being my wonder wall when every thing was a mess and for being my guiding light to every success. Me and You, Baby. Always, forever and after forever.

Time really does fly when you don't anticipate things too much and finally the month that my Wubie and I have been waiting for has arrived. It's officially our 2nd year anniversary and what better way to celebrate it, but on the Independence day itself. A holiday that gives everyone a day off from everything and thankfully we have that day for our anniversary. We get to go out and not be bothered by any schedules ahead of us, Which, reminds me, HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO OUR BELOVED COUNTRY!:)

Two years? Not that long for some, but for us it already is, because nowadays it's hard to keep a relationship strong as the years progress and fortunately with God's blessings we are are still intact, content, in love and happy. For me a relationship can never really last without God's blessings, because he is the center of every relationship and he knows who is right for us. That's why I always pray for God's blessings everyday and thank him too, because without him I don't think we could survive the relationship. He is the center of all relationships that is what we should always remember and never forget. :)

Wubie and I celebrated our anniv, by having our traditonal Baked zitti and Lasagna dinner at Sbarro and we strolled around San Miguel by the bay to have quality time with each other. But today wasn't the only day we celebrated. Yesterday, Wubie and I already had an early celebration. We had dinner at Yoshinoya and he got me an early present for our anniversary---

I super love slot machine toys and trinkets. I wonder when will I ever grow up?:p Haha. But, serioulsy I LOVE my presents. They are and will always be appreciated by me. Simple as they may seem, they are more than just presents, they come from the heart. :) Thank you, wubie!:-*

Wubie, I know I may not be the easiest person to deal with, especially when I have my mood swings, but I thank you for always having the patience, understanding and strong love for me even though you find me difficult at times. You have never left my side through good times and the bad times. Our love has tested rapid waters and for sure there will be more to go through, because this is just the beginning of our journey as a couple and as a family. But even though it is just the beginning I want you to know that I will be strong and will have faith in you. I want to be with you always because I love you so much, Bie and I know God will help us with every obstacle. I thank God for you and Athan everyday and I know I am very lucky to have you in my life.
