Rootote in Manila!♥

by - October 16, 2017

My favorites brands just keep coming here in Manila and I couldn't be any happier! One of those brands is none other than ROOTOTE!♥ From Tokyo to Manila, the famous Japanese brand iconic for multi-functional totes and backpacks has landed its first branch at The Block in SM North Edsa. :)

Back when I was still in college, I remember my Mom getting me a couple of bags from ROOTOTE in Taiwan, because we didn't have it here in Manila yet. She got me the Habituel and ROO-Shopper type. :) They're not as minimalist as the ones we have here, so it was a surprise to me to see the new designs. The ones I own are very much printed and both were some of my overused bags and till now I still have them!

The name ROOTOTE comes from the animal kangaroo; since kangaroo's have an inner pocket, so do all Rootote bags inside with the patented "or pocket"

Rootote offers a unique line-up of 2-way backpacks and tote bags that both men and women would love to tote around. Truly, what you'll love about Japanese branded bags like Rootote is how stylish and functional their bags are. All bags are designed to be the perfect companion for travel, sports, casual-use, and other outdoor activities. :)

Aside from the numerous pockets, another great feature of the bag is that it's water-repellent!

Was able to witness the launch of Rootote last Saturday and saw the live hand-painting of Bea Araneta and Joly Poa on some bags. :) Absolutely beautiful!♥

Other popular Rootote styles or type is the Deli and 2 way bag...

Rootote is perfect for any occasion and weather. Hence, their tagline: FUN OUTING!

As a treat to fans, Rootote will be extending their promo their Php 500 OFF promo on all bags until October 31, 2017! Just head on to the Instagram account: to know how to avail of the discount. :)

Welcome to Manila, ROOTOTE!!! ^_^ Can't wait for more branches to open!
