SM Beauty Playground + Hair Goals with Watson's!

I am a late bloomer when it comes to anything related to beauty, which is the main reason why I'm still trying to get the hang of putting makeup on my own. But when I got introduced to skincare products, that's when I totally fell in love and wanted to get more involved with beauty stuff! :) Especially now that I have the perfect place to discover, experience and play with the widest range of beauty products - my kind of playground, the SM Beauty Store! ^_^

Just last week, my blogger besties Ana, Pax and I were able to play around with some of the latest makeup and skincare products that were available at the store. :) I usually do window shopping for beauty products alone, but being able to experiment and do swatches with friends is waaaayyy more fun! We even got to share some of our favorite products to each other.♥



 At the event, we were also given each a PLAY GUIDE and from there, we visited the different counters and played the games they had prepared. :) This was so much fun cos we made sure we had a team effort in achieving every game and even if we didn't win, some brands still gave us prizes! ^_^ Yey! Win-win! Who wouldn't be competitive with this kind of game, right?? Beauty products as prizes, uhm, yes please!!!♥

The Clinique stall was my first win! :) Good thing my memory cooperated with me on this one! 



Under this one beauty hall, you can avail of services like skin analyzers, hair color bar, brow grooming, mask bars and a lot more! You need not just stay for the shopping, but also enjoy those!

WATSON'S HAIR GOALS

Moving on from makeup, but still related to beauty, is our hair! Like I mentioned above, I am a late bloomer when it comes to beauty stuff cos when I was in high school, hair coloring was definitely not allowed. So, when I got to college, I became more experimental with it! :) I tried on different colors or styles, like ombré, bleaching and even intense colors such as violet! I loved it cos it felt like I can show people my personality through my hair. ^_^ Though, I'm not as experimental as I was before, I still love having my hair in a lighter shade.

Whether it's hair color, styling or simply the way it blows in the wind, a woman's hair is her source of power and confidence, don't you agree? 

Thankfully for girls like me who rarely has time to hit the salon, Watson's makes it easier to achieve my HAIR GOALS!

I went with Revia this time cos I already tried them out back in 2016 and I remember picking out their No.2 blonde shade - HERE! I think that one was much much lighter than what I picked out now. I got the No.4 natural blonde and what I like about this is, I can achieve the light brown shade that I love! ^_^ So, if you have jet black hair and someone suggests a blonde-ish shade to you, don't freak out haha! It won't turn blonde like on the box cos that requires bleaching. :) I personally don't like bleaching anymore, so this is just perfect!
